About Me: 35 yo hispanic/white bear 5' 7' 230# Buddhist myopic poet photographer cat lover diabetic. I'm a Californian by birth and a Wisconsinite by mailing address.
I study and practice Nichiren Buddhism, which is a lot of fun and amazing because I have finally found faith in my life which was lacking until two years ago.
I love writing poetry, which i use to do as a performance art but since moving to Wisconsin I have not had the opportunity to do but I'm hoping to move to Green Bay where there is a little poetry community that I would love get involved with.
Growing up my grandfather taught me everything I know about photography as a business which I did not really like (the business aspect) but as an art form I still dabble as a life long hobby.
Being single is something new and fun for me. I had been in a relationship since I was 16 and I have decided to take a break two years ago and work on improving my life. Some day I hope to find that special someone but for now it's not the first thing on my wish list. If it happens...cool but for now I am cool with being myself and getting to know new people.
