VACAYA Includes the Kink Community
As I crossed the gangway to board the Celebrity Cruises’ Summit for VACAYA’s maiden voyage this summer, the Scissor Sisters serenading over the speakers reassured me that “a kiki is a party for calming all your nerves.” I took it as welcome foreshadowing that the first large-scale LGBTQ+ travel company to launch in decades had taken the initiative to musically score my journey from the moment I bo...

When will Ireland become a top LGBT travel destination?
Ireland was the first country in the world to vote in favor of marriage equality, but have you ever seen it advertised as a major LGBT destination? No, neither have we. If you don’t live within driving distance, you’ll probably have to fly into Grand Rapids, another Midwestern city worth exploring. The journey will be well worth it.
