About Me: Culinary school grad from The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts and a longtime coffeegeek here. I've been home roasting my own coffee for about 4 years and have turned it into a commercial organic roasting business. Love to cook and am also doing private cooking & cooking classes for people at wellness centers. Doing sales in the organic arena as well to make some money. Hoping to one day start a coffeehouse to combine the roasting and great coffee with organic cuisine and baked goods that don't rely on refined and processed flours and sugars.
